A pilot typically reaches production in 6–12 weeks after discovery. Full ERP replacements or supply-chain agent platforms are delivered in phases over several months to a few years, with something live and useful at every phase.
We deliver remotely for international clients and agree fixed overlap hours with your team, plus async updates, recorded demos and a shared roadmap. On-site workshops can be arranged for discovery and key milestones.
Discovery is a fixed fee. After that, each phase is priced as a fixed scope, or as a monthly dedicated-team retainer. You get a written estimate with assumptions and risks before any phase starts.
You do. All source code, designs, documentation and infrastructure are transferred to you, with no lock-in.
