- which app and version, and your operating system version (for example macOS 15.1),
- what happened, and a screenshot of any error message.
Your messages go straight to the developer, not a ticket queue.
Quick answers
I lost my license key or download
Go to My account and sign in with the email you used at checkout. We'll email you a sign-in link. Your keys and downloads are all there. Your key was also emailed to you after purchase.
"Device limit reached" when activating
Each license works on a set number of devices. Open My account, remove a device you no longer use, then activate again.
macOS says it "can't verify the developer"
The first time you open the app, right-click (or Control-click) it in Applications and choose Open, then confirm. After that it opens normally.
I want a refund
You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase. See the refund policy for how.
I didn't get the purchase email
Check your spam or promotions folder for an email from ap0t. You can also sign in to My account with your checkout email to see your key.
