These terms cover your use of ap0t.com and the software you buy here. ap0t is run by Vicky Paswan, an individual based in India ("we", "us"). By buying or using our software, you agree to these terms.
1. The software license
When you buy a product, you get a lifetime license for the version you bought. The license is:
- for personal or business use,
- non-exclusive and non-transferable,
- valid on up to the number of devices stated for that product (for example, 2 devices for DJ Equalizer). You can move it between devices from My account.
You may not:
- resell, rent or give away your license key, or share it publicly,
- copy or redistribute the software,
- reverse engineer, modify or tamper with the software to get around its licensing.
We keep all rights in the software. You are buying a license to use it, not the software itself.
2. Purchases and delivery
- Prices are shown in the currency on the product page (usually US dollars) and are one-time payments, not subscriptions.
- Payments are handled by PayPal. Taxes may apply where required by law.
- Delivery is digital and immediate: after payment you see your license key and download, and we email the key to you.
- You need a supported system to run the software. Check the requirements on the product page before buying.
3. Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. See the refund policy for details.
4. When a license can be revoked
We may revoke a license key if the purchase is refunded, a chargeback or fraudulent payment is made, or the key is shared, resold or misused against these terms. A revoked key can't be activated on new devices.
5. Updates and support
We may release updates and fixes, but we don't promise future versions or features. Support is by email at hajipurtech@gmail.com.
6. No warranty
The software is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We work hard to make it reliable, but we can't promise it will be error-free or work with every system or app.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
8. Trademarks
macOS is a trademark of Apple Inc. Spotify, YouTube and other names are trademarks of their owners. Our products are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Patna, Bihar, India. This doesn't take away any consumer rights you have under the laws of your own country.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. The terms in force when you bought a product apply to that purchase.
